Accelerator Agenda

The agenda incorporates an ecosystem 101, strategies for building and managing productive partnerships, how to create territory and account plans, best practices for working internally and managing channel conflict, and tips for accelerating in the role.

The cohort will collaborate to solve day-to-day challenges, overcome common partner objections, and collaborate on effective partner management activities.

By the end of the workshop, partner managers will walk away with practical processes, frameworks, and sample agendas that drive productive partners to achieve their goals. Partner Managers learn through discussion, role-play, group and individual exercises, and real-life examples.
