How We Develop Elite Leaders:

You will complete a 20 minute online questionnaire that produces a 26 page report and a leadership competencies guide specific to your role. This report will be the focus of a debriefing session with a revenue leader who is also a certified EQ coach.

This program is 'applied EQ' in the context of your role - The program begins and ends with a group session where you will join 4 others to arrange a weekly 1-hour session of learning in our virtual campus and participate in a guided dialogue to practice/reinforce EI competencies.

Your journey concludes with a final coaching session where you set SMART goals based on what you learned during the program.
